Where?

We can deliver worldwide

When?

We clearly state our product lead times for your reference and we aim to deliver most orders next working day to UK mainland destinations and express delivery as standard for all other locations. Please note that orders for next day pre noon delivery must be placed by 2pm.

Insurance?

All orders dispatched are fully insured whilst in transit.

How?

We use DHL for all of our UK, EU and international shipping. International customers can request a freight forwarding quote for more economical shipping at the checkout or contact us to request a quote.

Track?

We confirm all dispatches via email providing you with an anticipated delivery date, tracking details are also available on request.

Cost?

Carriage charges are calculated according to the items purchased and the delivery destination, you will be provided with a confirmed delivery cost during the checkout process. UK customers will additionally be offered a selection of delivery upgrades including timed next day and Saturday deliveries.

Collection?

UK customers are welcome to order goods online for collection, this option is offered during the checkout process. Please note that you will be required to pay on collection, see our payment policy for details
